Qualifications

• U.S. Armed Forces military service experience may substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to provide agency procurement interpretation, instruction and guidance in accordance with state laws.
• Assist in procurement methods including competitive procurement and negotiations.
• Travel throughout Maryland for on-site procurement, training and compliance reviews.
