Job summary

IEHP Foundation is seeking a Public Policy & Program Manager to advance leadership development across the Inland Empire. You will shape strategic policy initiatives, oversee the CFVHLN program, and coordinate with community partners to drive measurable improvements in health outcomes.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead policy analysis, coalition work, and program execution, promoting Vibrant Health through strategic initiatives and advocacy at multiple levels of government.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, political science, nonprofit management, organizational leadership or related field from an accredited institution required
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution preferred
• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with increasing levels of responsibility in public policy, advocacy, or legislative analysis
• Proven track record in project management, policy writing and outreach, and cross-sector coordination
• Experience with leading leadership development initiatives
• Experience supporting leadership development programs or nonprofit coalitions strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, programmatic, and analytical work of IEHP Foundation’s leadership development program CFVHLN
• Direct public policy efforts at local, regional, state and federal levels
• Shape and advance IEHP Foundation’s regional leadership development strategy and outcomes
• Coordinate coalition management and cross-sector partnerships to support mission
• Report to the Foundation CEO and supervise program execution and evaluation
