Job summary

IEHP seeks a Community Engagement Ambassador to lead partnerships across the Inland Empire, strengthening member engagement and benefit awareness. You will design localized strategies, build relationships with CBOs, and collaborate with IEHP teams to advance mission and Live Well IE objectives.

You will ensure compliant, culturally responsive communications and coordinate events, trainings, and initiatives while traveling across the region and working with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in outreach or managed care.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• In lieu of degree, four+ years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage community partnerships to support member retention.
• Design and execute engagement strategies across diverse communities.
• Collaborate with city officials and providers to co-develop events and trainings.
• Ensure compliant, culturally responsive public communications and materials.
