Job summary

IEHP Foundation in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking a Public Policy & Program Manager to lead regional leadership development and advocacy initiatives. You will shape policy agendas, manage CFVHLN activities, and coordinate training with partners, executives, and legislators.

Reporting to the CEO, the role combines program oversight, policy analysis, coalition management, and evaluation to advance Vibrant Health in the Inland Empire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, public policy, political science, nonprofit management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of demonstrated experience in public policy, advocacy, or legislative analysis.
• Experience leading leadership development initiatives.
• Strong project management and policy writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee logistics, session content, curriculum, and faculty coordination for all in-person and virtual leadership development sessions and advocacy trips.
• Support staff in identifying selection criteria for program participants.
• Develop and execute leadership and public policy training curricula.
• Provide strategic oversight of external consultant and faculty partnerships.
• Manage coalition communications, agendas, and engagement tracking.
• Design advocacy training frameworks and coordinate training sessions and webinars.
• Oversee documentation and follow-up for advocacy agendas.
• Provide facilitation support for sessions.
• Partner to design evaluation strategies to measure CFVHLN impact.
