You will engage in statutory, regulatory, and administrative issues, with training and mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Juris doctorate required.
• Knowledge of trial and appellate practice.
• Knowledge of administrative law and civil procedure.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze complicated legal and factual issues and present complex matters clearly in writing and oral form.
• Review, respond, and advise the agency on inquiries, complaints, and other communications.
• Conduct legal research to provide day-to-day advice.
• Present legal conclusions and advice in various formats, including legal documents and formal opinions.
• Advise agency clients regarding relevant statutes and administrative procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
