Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice to client agencies on scope of authority and state/federal law interactions
• Advise on constitutional questions, public records, meetings, contracts and rulemaking
• Collaborate with agencies at executive level and draft memos and analyses
• Occasionally handle litigation tasks and agency guidance matters
• Develop strong working relationships with client agencies across departments
• Support a collegial and resource-sharing team environment
