Job summary

ACCGov seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee diverse infrastructure and facility projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and the public, administer contracts, review schedules and costs, and document decisions to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in progressive project management, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders in a public-sector setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related applied technical discipline and 5+ years of progressive project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from planning through design, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and the public.
• Administer contracts and review schedules and cost proposals.
• Document decisions and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain compliance with program standards and governance structures.
