Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support public works, capital improvement, and design-build infrastructure projects
- Supervise engineering designers, including work assignments, quality control, and performance oversight
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and fee proposals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and public agency stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures
- Contribute to preliminary engineering studies, design development, and construction documents
- Support pipeline and utility projects, improvement plans, and public works specifications
