Job summary

CMT Services, Inc. is recruiting for a Public Housing Property Manager to support the Housing Authority of Prince George's County. The role focuses on residential property management, HUD compliance, tenant relations, and property operations across public housing properties.

The ideal candidate has experience with HUD regulations, EIV, and property management software, and can coordinate certifications, inspections, and audits while maintaining strong resident service and property standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, preferably public housing or federally assisted programs.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations and Fair Housing laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned public housing properties and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage tenant relations, lease administration, and income verification where applicable.
• Coordinate annual recertifications, inspections (REAC/UPCS), and tenant eligibility processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance, vendors, and Housing Authority leadership to ensure safe, compliant properties.
