Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration or related field.
• Two years of related work experience.
• Rent Calculation Certification required within 6 months of appointment.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and collect data; provide information within scope of authority.
• Conduct eligibility interviews and verify income and family details.
• Enter information, compute tenant rent and determine eligibility.
• Maintain client files and respond to inquiries in writing or by phone.
• Explain DHA programs and maintain confidentiality of client records.
