The role involves computing tenant rents, guiding residents through leases, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with property management. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience are required, with Rent Calculation Certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or related field.
• 2 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Rent Calculation Certification within 6 months of appointment.
• Valid Texas State Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of HUD housing program regulations and eligibility requirements.

As a Leasing Professional at DHA, you play a key role in accomplishing the agency’s goals by interviewing, investigating, and verifying the eligibility for clients for DHA Public Housing programs.
