DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas in Dallas seeks a Leasing Professional II to interview, investigate, and verify client eligibility for DHA Public Housing programs. You will process and maintain client files and respond to information requests within authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or related field.
• Two years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Rent Calculation Certification within 6 months of appointment.
• Valid Texas State Driver’s License required.

Responsabilités

• Greets and assists clients and collects data within scope of authority.
• Conducts eligibility interviews and reviews annual/interim changes for DHA Public Housing programs.
• Enters information on application forms and computes tenant rent.
