Job summary

Park City Communities is seeking a Resident Services Manager in Bridgeport, CT to coordinate ROSS services across PCC Public Housing properties. You will assess resident needs, develop strategies for self-sufficiency, and manage referrals to FSS, childcare, education, and workforce programs.

Responsibilities include case management, ITSP development, grant reporting, and building strong partnerships with service providers to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sociology, social work or related field; BSW strongly preferred.
• Minimum three years experience in housing or social services with case management.
• Knowledge of FSS/HUD programs and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management and assess residents' needs for self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate services with grant partners and stakeholders; track progress in ITSPs.
• Maintain case files, complete intake assessments, and prepare grant reports.
• Support residents with job development and career counseling.
• Represent PCC at community events and community partnership meetings.
• Publish newsletters and coordinate program workshops for residents.
