Job summary

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC is seeking a NYCHA Engineer to maintain and improve New York City Housing Authority properties. You will lead projects ensuring HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards, working with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in building systems, with strong knowledge of codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building systems engineering, preferably within public housing or large residential facilities.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and engineering best practices applicable to residential properties.
