Job Location

The position is located in Richmond Hill. The first six months require on‑site training at the Pembroke office; after training, the work location will be Richmond Hill.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive health assessments for clients.
  • Administer treatments, medications, vaccines, and preventive care to clients and families.
  • Consult and coordinate with the health care team to plan, implement, and evaluate client care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and client records.
  • Modify treatment plans based on client responses and conditions.
  • Monitor all aspects of client care, including diet and physical activity.
  • Record and report symptoms and changes in client conditions.
  • Prepare clients for examinations and treatments.
  • Prepare rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies; ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Provide education to clients, families, and community service providers.
  • Deliver health care, first aid, and immunizations.
  • Provide school‑related health care services.
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution AND current Georgia RN license AND CPR certification, OR • Associate’s degree/diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution AND one year of public health nursing experience, completion of a PHN course within one year of hire, current Georgia RN license, AND CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

BSN; previous public health experience strongly preferred. Individuals hired with an ASN degree must complete an approved School of Nursing BSN Level Health Assessment Course if not already completed.
