The position is located in Richmond Hill. The first six months require on‑site training at the Pembroke office; after training, the work location will be Richmond Hill.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution AND current Georgia RN license AND CPR certification, OR • Associate’s degree/diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution AND one year of public health nursing experience, completion of a PHN course within one year of hire, current Georgia RN license, AND CPR certification.
BSN; previous public health experience strongly preferred. Individuals hired with an ASN degree must complete an approved School of Nursing BSN Level Health Assessment Course if not already completed.
