Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related health science is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience handling infectious agents in a clinical or public health laboratory setting.
• Experience working in clinical research, including interviewing individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, Vietnamese or Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant screening and recruitment activities, including review of medical records, and enrollment logs.
• Conduct informed consent discussions and complete study visits in participant’s preferred language.
• Collect and manage study-specific biological specimens per protocol and biosafety standards.
• Review study records and perform quality control checks for data accuracy.
• Manage study data in REDCap, SharePoint/OneDrive, and other approved databases.
• Communicate regularly with investigators and partners regarding progress and challenges.
