Qualifications
- Master's degree required in physical/biological/environmental science or public health.
- Doctorate in an appropriate field with required experience or equivalency.
- Formal education or experience meeting City Research Scientist Level I/II criteria.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze data in TB surveillance and case management systems.
- Lead TB exposure investigations in schools, worksites, and congregate settings.
- Support TB care and response activities with data-driven approaches.
- Develop multi-faceted public health interventions to interrupt transmission.
- Build relationships with City agencies, community partners, and healthcare providers.
- Evaluate public health interventions with BTBC epidemiology staff.
