Job summary

The Sexual and Reproductive Health and Equity Unit at the Fund for Public Health in New York City (FPHNYC) seeks a QINCA Coordinator to advance infertility care access and equity across NYC.

You will recruit clinicians for a 12-week training, organize sessions, coordinate data collection, and liaise with partners. This hybrid role offers office-based collaboration and occasional travel, with a 35-hour workweek and a $60,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of health-related community work or clinical improvement experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment of clinicians for a 12-week infertility training initiative.
• Organize convenings, educational sessions, and meetings on reproductive health topics.
• Coordinate data collection with the SRHU Evaluation Team.
• Maintain records and prepare progress reports of unit activities.
• Visit partner clinics and schools to observe program implementation.
• Present at conferences and meetings on behalf of QINCA.
• Ensure information saved on shared drive and Partners Connect system.
• Support other duties as required by DOHMH/FPHNY.
