You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, and vendors to capture requirements, document processes, and assist with testing and implementation activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience required.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Strong process documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting project implementations and testing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements and design sessions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Define and document impacted business processes
- Support project, testing, and change management efforts
- Review technical documentation and identify requirement gaps
- Assist with defect triage and resolution
- Support cutover planning, implementation, and post-go-live activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
