Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required with 10+ years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent mix of knowledge, education and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management and coordination for program operations.
• Oversee monitoring, data management, reporting and quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate staff access, operational systems, and daily project reporting requirements.
• Coordinate HIV testing logistics, laboratory processes, and linkage-to-care procedures.
• Supervise and support project staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Serve as primary liaison with CDC and participate in project-related calls and site visits.
• Assist with administrative and regulatory activities, including contracts, IRB functions, and cooperative agreement reporting.
• Provide backup support for field supervision and data management functions.
• Ensure compliance with HIV data security, confidentiality, testing, and incident reporting procedures.
