Job summary

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. seeks a full-time Project Administrator to support the Columbia Lighthouse Project’s mission of implementing broad-scale public health initiatives globally, with focus on suicide risk assessment using C-SSRS.

Responsibilities include coordinating data management, reporting, travel, and conferences. Work location is at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY, with excellent benefits and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and (1) year of administrative experience in a complex organization required;
  • Associate's degree and (3) years of administrative experience in a complex organization required;
  • Five plus years of administrative experience in a complex organization required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews and data collection to support public health research projects and grant-funded initiatives.
  • Support qualitative and quantitative program evaluation activities, including data entry and database management.
  • Review public health literature, policies, and programs to identify trends, funding opportunities, and implementation strategies.
  • Assist with grant applications and reports, educational resources, and policy guidance documents.
