Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of administrative experience in a complex organization required or;
• Associate's degree with 3 years of administrative experience in a complex organization required or;
• 5+ years of administrative experience in a complex organization required.

Responsibilities

• Research & Program Evaluation: conduct literature reviews, data collection, and support grant-funded initiatives; assist with qualitative and quantitative program evaluation; review public health literature and policies; assist with grant applications, reports, and educational resources.
• Project & Data Management: maintain databases, perform data entry, manage contact management system, and track project data and partner information; generate reports and maintain records.
• Travel & Meeting Coordination: schedule calendars and meetings, arrange travel for grant activities, process travel authorizations and vouchers; travel as needed for program events.
• Conferences, Trainings & Outreach Materials: coordinate production of conference materials, provide post-training support, attend events to staff exhibit tables and support outreach.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 1 year of administrative experience

Associate's degree with 3 years of administrative experience

5+ years of administrative experience in a complex organization
