Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two (2) years' experience in a Public/Community health agency or health related position.
• Master's Degree may substitute for one year experience.
• HS diploma/GED with seven years of related experience may substitute for minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the assigned program or health care projects.
• Develops policies and procedures and interprets their use for compliance.
• Evaluates program performance and prepares statistical reports.
