Job summary

The Civicworks Public Health Administrator I will report to a Public Health Administrator II and oversee a 100-person section within Health Systems Protection. The role involves coordinating daily operations, managing grants and contracts, and implementing complex federal programs in alignment with state and federal requirements.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and possess experience in public health administration, program analysis, strategic planning, and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Six months experience in public health administration implementing policies and operational plans.
• Three years experience in public health planning including analysis of programs and health data.
• Six months experience in strategic planning and contract management.
• Six months experience in staff supervision and policy/procedure development.
• Knowledge of grant management and monitoring expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 100-person section and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate daily operations within Health Systems Protection.
• Manage grants and contracts for multiple programs.
• Implement complex federal programs in accordance with state and federal requirements.
