Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities within the Volunteer Health Services Program and recruit/placing volunteers.
• Develop microlearning materials to strengthen workforce development.
• Oversee daily operations of the Summit Professional Building Lobby Reception Desk.
• Greet visitors, determine visit purpose, and direct to the appropriate department.
• Support marketing CHD services and customer satisfaction surveys.
