Qualifications

• Performs computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division correctly using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
• Uses computers, software applications, databases, and automated systems to accomplish work.
• Anticipates and meets the needs of both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as coding and entering invoices in IRIS-FIN.
• Prepare and update tracking sheets.
• Coordinate employee and non-employee travel.
• Review and enter timesheets in IRIS-HRM.
• Perform account reconciliations, accounts payable, and track invoices.
• Collaborate with administrative and program staff to ensure accurate, compliant financial operations.
