Qualifications

• Equivalency of education and/or experience in accounting, budgeting or financial management.
• Competencies include data analysis, planning, and applying regulatory guidance.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting cycles is expected.
• Technical know-how gained by training or on‑the‑job experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and technical assistance for the Division's budget.
• Coordinate Department of Health financial requirements with federal programs.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory policies and audit findings; assist with financial reviews.
• Prepare and implement corrective action plans in response to audits.
