Job summary

The Arizona Department of Health Services seeks a Division Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities for the Arizona State Hospital. The role directs budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, managing staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Reporting to the Deputy CFO and Finance Administrator, you will develop budgets, monitor performance, and provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Knowledge of GAAP and governmental accounting principles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience with budget processes and legislative submissions.

Responsibilities

• Directs financial activities for the Hospital Division.
• Develops and submits annual budgets and supplemental packages.
• Monitors revenues, expenditures, and contractual activities.
• Provides financial oversight and training across staff.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
