Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing public health emergency exercises.
• Familiarity with HSEEP, ICS/IMS, NIMS and FEMA frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate with federal, state, local and partner agencies.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for multi-stakeholder exercises.
• Proficiency with documentation such as ExPlans, SitMan, and C/E Handbooks.

Responsibilities

• Support full exercise lifecycle from planning to evaluation according to HSEEP.
• Plan, coordinate and execute all-hazards public health exercises (discussion- and operations-based).
• Coordinate with internal and external partners across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure exercises align with national frameworks (NIMS, NRF) and CDC policies.
• Develop MSELs, SIMCELL operations, and evaluation materials.
• Lead or support seminars, workshops, and tabletop exercises.
