Job summary

HealthHIV is seeking an Instructional Design Coordinator to develop online training modules hosted on Moodle-based LMS. You will collaborate with the Director of Training and IAM to deliver engaging, accessible content across multiple formats, including self-guided learning and accredited materials.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery, and provide learner support. Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset are essential for success in a fast-paced public

Qualifications

• Proven development skills with instructional content.
• Ability to adhere to timelines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience designing for multiple modalities and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and build engaging training across multiple media and learning styles.
• Design, develop, and/or redesign e-learning content and instructor-led classes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to research, write, or edit training.
• Ensure content aligns with accessibility standards (508 compliance).
• Provide customer service related to course participation issues for learners and staff.
• Coordinate project work within allocated effort and schedule.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Support best practices for online, hybrid, and traditional instructional design.
