Job summary

Minnesota Community Care is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care within our federally qualified health center. You will manage patient care across restorative, surgical, and preventive services while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, equitable oral health for diverse communities.

Open to candidates committed to public health dentistry, with DEA license, CPR, and ongoing professional education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental school.
• Valid DEA license.
• Maintenance of continuing education credit.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides restorative, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and preventive orthodontics.
• Recommends specialty referrals when necessary.
• Maintains universal precautions and proper waste handling.
• Participates in peer review and quality audits.
• Attends staff meetings and supports clinic objectives.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
