Job summary

Riverland Community Health in St. Paul, MN, seeks a skilled Dentist to deliver high-quality dental care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide outpatient dental services, develop treatment plans, and ensure documentation meets quality standards. The role supports leadership collaboration with clinic leadership, and requires Minnesota licensure, BLS certification, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Residency in general dentistry or 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient dental services in an organized, efficient manner.
• Offer comprehensive oral healthcare and treatment plans.
• Document patient visits, orders, and notes per quality standards.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager, Medical Director and Executive Leadership.
• Maintain professional demeanor and stay current with evidence-based dentistry.
