Qualifications

• DDS or equivalent degree required.

• Minnesota license to practice dentistry required, DEA registration if applicable.
• CPR/BLS certification current; strong English communication.
• Knowledge of public health principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients.
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including workplace safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferred.
• Assist with staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients
• Educate individuals on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including workplace safety and confidentiality protocols
• Maintain appropriate clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferred
• Assist with staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs

Requirements:

• DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry program preferred
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Minnesota
• DEA registration (if applicable)
• Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insuranceStrong communication skills in English; additional language skills preferred
• Knowledge of public health principles and practices is a plus
