Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC is seeking a Public Health Data Governance Analyst to develop and operate data governance practices for the Public Health Division. You will collaborate with governance leads, stewards, data owners, and technical teams to curate metadata, maintain data lineage, and ensure accurate documentation and governance across data assets and SOPs.

You will help promote usage of Collibra, support governance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of data governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of data governance, data stewardship, metadata management, data catalogs, business glossaries, and data quality practices.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra strongly preferred, including training business users, curation and maintenance of data assets, metadata, business glossaries, and related governance content.
• Exemplary analytical, organizational, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate data governance and data management practices for the Public Health Division.
• Collaborate with governance leads, stewards, data owners, and technical teams to document and maintain metadata and data lineage.
• Support creation and maintenance of SOPs, standards, and guidelines for governance processes.
• Prepare materials and track follow-up actions for governance workgroups and meetings.
