Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Data Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data pipelines, cloud-based data platforms, and analytics solutions. Early-career professional with foundational experience in data engineering, software development, or cloud technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, supporting data models and cloud solutions, and collaborating with data engineers, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency required and able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, data analytics, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Python, Java, or SQL.
• Experience with AWS or Azure through coursework, internships, or professional experience.
• Experience with data integration, ETL, data warehousing, or analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes collecting data from various sources.
• Support data models, databases, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Participate in data integration, migration, and modernization initiatives under guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop scripts and queries using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Support AWS and Azure cloud-based data environments and services.
