Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Data Engineer to support data pipelines, cloud platforms, and analytics solutions. The role is suited for an early-career professional eager to learn and grow in a collaborative team, with exposure to Python, SQL, PySpark, and cloud services in AWS/Azure.

You will assist in ETL/ELT development, data validation, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency is required and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust.
• 2+ years in data engineering, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Python/SQL and cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and analytics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Support data models, databases, and cloud data solutions.
• Participate in data integration, migration, and modernization projects.
• Create scripts and queries using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Assist with CI/CD, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
