Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Data Analyst I to provide data management and analytic expertise support to the Epidemiology Research and Innovations Branch (ERIB).

Responsibilities include writing SAS and R/SQL code, managing administrative and health data sources, preparing tables and charts for publications, and developing data dictionaries and data-use agreements in collaboration with investigators.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a public health or quantitative field.
• Master's degree preferred or required depending on role.
• Proficiency in SAS-based reporting (PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply data management and analytic expertise to administrative and healthcare data sources.
• Create and submit SAS/R/SQL code for quality control, data manipulation, and reporting.
• Develop analyses including frequencies, 2x2 analyses, and multivariable regression models.
• Prepare tables and charts for publications and presentations.
• Develop data dictionaries and data management documents with investigators.
• Aid acquisitions and renewals of data sources via data use agreements and approvals.
• Communicate with project leaders and partners and respond to requests.
• Develop databases, SharePoint sites, Teams, and data visualization tools for communication.
• Participate in project development, literature reviews, and evaluation.
