Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Data Analyst I to provide data management and analytic expertise support to the Epidemiology Research and Innovations Branch (ERIB).

The role involves developing SAS/R code for analyses, creating reports, and collaborating with project leaders to support publications and presentations. Strong MS Office and data visualization skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a public health or quantitative field.
• Proficiency with SAS, R and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply data management and analytic expertise across administrative and healthcare data sources.
• Develop SAS/R code for quality control, data manipulation, and reporting.
• Perform statistical analyses including frequencies, 2x2 analyses, and multivariable regression.
• Prepare tables/figures for publications and presentations.
• Create data dictionaries and data management documents with investigators.
