Job summary

Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Data Analyst I to provide data management and analytic support for the Epidemiology Research and Innovations Branch (ERIB). The role involves creating SAS/R code for quality control, analyses, and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to scientific publications and public health research.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in a public health or quantitative field plus 1–2 years of relevant experience, and are proficient in SAS, R, and SQL,

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in public health or quantitative field with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Apply data management and analytic expertise to administrative and other data sources.
  • Create and submit SAS/R code for quality control, data manipulation, and generation of standard reports.
  • Perform statistical analyses including frequency analyses, 2x2 analyses, and multivariable regression models.
  • Prepare tables and charts for publications and presentations; support CDC response activities.
