Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking a Public Health Data Analyst to support CDC projects in Atlanta, GA. The role uses R, SQL, Python, and BI tools to manage data, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights for HIV prevention programs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensure data quality across sources, and develop processes for data governance and reporting while working in a hybrid Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of strong demonstrated experience working with R, SQL, or Python (developing scripts from scratch).
• Experience with multiple data sources to monitor and assess data quality.
• SAS experience (at least some).
• Power BI or Tableau experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• MUST be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geospatial and molecular HIV analysis and interpret results using R, SQL, or Python.
• Develop and support dashboards in Power BI.
• Support data governance, data analysis, and data dissemination for HIV prevention programs.
• Review data error logs and data files to propose corrections.
• Collaborate with analysts to ensure data quality and accuracy.
