The City of Hartford is seeking an administrative professional to support the Health and Human Services Department’s OD2A project. You will coordinate activities, help develop data tracking systems, and assist program managers with data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four year college with major coursework in public administration, business administration, political science, economics, or related field.
• One year of increasingly responsible administrative experience in public service or business organizations, with emphasis on public health or social services.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience; equivalencies may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex professional administrative duties and coordinate department activities.
• Develop data tracking systems and assist in program evaluation and reporting.
• Assist in preparing the department’s annual budget and liaise with other City departments.
