Job summary
DebtBook is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their client-facing team in the Charlotte area. You will partner with Sales, Product, and CS to understand prospective customers’ needs, demonstrate DebtBook capabilities, and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation.
The ideal candidate has experience in solutions engineering, presales, treasury, and public finance while translating complex concepts into business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, solution consulting, presales, financial technology, treasury, banking, public finance, enterprise software, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and product teams to support presales and new customer opportunities.
- Understand prospect processes, challenges, and desired business outcomes.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and connect capabilities to customer needs.
- Explain complex treasury and financial concepts in clear terms.
- Grow expertise across DebtBook's platform and product areas.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for multi-product demonstrations.
- Deepen knowledge of public-sector treasury operations and financial reporting.
