Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration or related field.
• Eight years progressively responsible experience including four years in lead or supervisory roles.
• May require a valid driver's license per rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget formulation, forecasting, analysis, reporting, and recommendations across six operating funds.
• Review complex analyses and ensure accuracy and sound financial judgment.
• Present and defend budget recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the Division's budget and guide resource allocation across the department.
• Direct cost recovery, project charge, and resource development programs.
• Establish internal controls and governance to improve financial reporting and accountability.
• Provide leadership to division managers and professional staff; mentor and develop talent.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and external partners on financial strategy and policy.
