Qualifications

• Five years of relevant professional experience, with project deliverables, scopes, budgets, and contracts.
• Experience conducting financial and quantitative analysis in public finance topics such as impact fees, SDCs, or tax policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailoring findings to nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and policy analysis on impact fees, SDCs, growth fiscal impacts, and tax policy.
• Lead day-to-day project delivery, coordinating staff, subconsultants, budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Draft and edit clear, concise reports translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Lead or support client and stakeholder meetings, presenting findings and conclusions.
• Contribute to business development by drafting scopes and budgets and pursuing opportunities.
• Balance billable work with mentorship, culture-building, and thought leadership.
