Qualifications

• Experience with applied economic, fiscal, socioeconomic, workforce, housing, demographic, land-use, agricultural, environmental, or infrastructure analysis.
• Strong professional writing skills; ability to explain technical information clearly to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills and experience working with complex quantitative information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic analyses using multiple frameworks (e.g., input-output, fiscal impact, benefit-cost).
• Lead or contribute to client deliverables with clear narratives, tables, graphics, and presentations.
