This role directs preparation and administration of operating and capital budgets, oversees accounting, reporting, treasury, debt management, purchasing, and risk management.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Experience with governmental accounting.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.
