Qualifications

• Evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and implements special events and programs.
• Identifies, hires, coordinates, and contracts with entertainers and performance groups.
• Coordinates permits, licenses, and approvals during event planning.
• Assists with logistics for events including site supervision, staffing and volunteers.
• Assists with marketing and outreach needs and web updates.
• Liaises with performers, vendors, community partners, volunteers and event staff.
• Manages charges and expenditures related to programming.
• Leads onsite event execution including setup, management, and breakdown.
• Assists in preparing event budgets.
• Processes contracts, purchase orders and payments.
• Manages special projects as assigned.
