• Oversee Staff Education and Training Unit and related programs.
• Develop data gathering processes to measure recruitment/retention trends.
• Collaborate with other State agencies to promote workforce development best practices.
• Lead and coordinate work groups for assigned tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with management and HR Service Center to resolve issues and streamline processes.
