Guidehouse is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join a public diplomacy effort for the Department of State. You will deliver targeted needs assessments, rapidly develop and deploy organizational effectiveness support, and help enhance individual and team performance across embassies, consulates, and client business units.

Qualifications

Active and maintained SECRET security clearance
Bachelor's Degree required
5 years in leadership development, process improvement, content development and facilitation focusing on performance
3 years’ experience in organizational change execution and sustaining initiatives
