The Oklahoma Indigent Defense System in Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Defense Counsel in Cleveland County to represent indigent clients in state court at the trial level across felony, misdemeanor, and other matters. The attorney will handle case management, client communications, research, and trial preparation under agency policy.

Applicants should have a Juris Doctorate and be eligible for admission to the Oklahoma Bar, with willingness to travel as needed.

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited school.
• Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of Oklahoma (or eligibility).
• Eligibility to take the Oklahoma Bar Exam.
